Windows accessibility
While pondering the delightfully tasteless Snippets song from Amateur Transplants (authors of the London Underground song), I realised that until the requirement to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete is removed, Windows will always remain unaccessible to certain users.

Some keyboards have the keys very close together, so that they could be pressed with only 2-3 fingers.

Assuming you mean hit Ctrl+Alt+delete to log in, it can be disabled, and is in fact a fairly clever security measure.

I’ve heard that some tablet PCs have a single Ctrl+Alt+Delete button. Does that count?

Anyone who has difficulty with chorded keypresses will most likely have Windows’ StickyKeys feature turned on, which lets you press them one after the other.
